Bill died on House Calendar.

Fetal Homicide HB 141 Representative Ralph Poppell

Undermines the right of a woman to choose an abortion and elevates the legal status of the fetus to that of an adult human being.

Pregnant Children and Youth in Out-of-Home Care HB 1383 Representative Michael Weinstein

Assigns a "special" Guardian ad Litem to make decisions for a pregnant minor. The Guardian ad Litem would be trained by the leading so-called "crisis pregnancy centers" in Florida, who are known to lie to, intimidate and harass woman and deny women all options counseling.

Infant Born Alive Act HB 1063 Representative William D. Snyder

Would creation tension with Roe v. Wade and require the state to provide the same rights to a fetus as it would an infant.

Ban on Abortion HB 1097 Representative Charles Van Zant

Would ban abortion in Florida except if the life of the pregnant woman is at stake. Would also require survivors of rape, sexual assault and incest carry a pregnancy to term against their will.
